Oh! Cha uses information submitted through our contact form only to respond to your message, catering request, collaboration note, job inquiry, or feedback. We do not sell customer contact information.

The catering planner prepares an email with the details you enter. While you plan, your unsent selections and details are kept in this browser tab only, so a reload or the Back button doesn't lose them. They are cleared when you send, copy, or download your request or choose Start over, normally when you close the tab, and always after 12 hours. On a shared device, use Start over when you finish. Nothing reaches us until you send it using your email app. Opening the email draft does not submit a request. We use catering emails to confirm availability, arrange pickup, and prepare your Square invoice. Payment details are collected by Square when you use the payment link we send after approval.
